I will continue to shop online, crate and barrel products, top notch, 👌. However, This is the second time I find myself here writing a sour review about the store associates at the galleria. I thought the initial bad experience was maybe a fluke. But, Every single time I shop in store I leave feeling annoyed with the overall experience. The gals working at the counter are always so blatantly rude! For example: Today I entered the store to to an order pick up. I explained to the associate that I had TWO different orders, and that I needed to cancel an item off of one of the orders. The associate continued to complain about how they have “too many login passwords” and seemed annoyed with the situation. She asked for help from another associate who called the back, and before confirming with me or communicating at all, went back to grab my order. When she arrived back and I told her she didn’t grab my other order (because she didn’t ask if I needed anything else) she rolled her eyes as I reminded her about the other order and continued to tell the other associate “that would have been nice to know”. I will continue to avoid having to deal with these types of people and shop online with a click of a button, wine or coffee in hand 🍷

We are extremely disappointed in our CB experience. We were helped by Todd and originally thought he was trying to be helpful but soon learned he was just a condescending jerk that would snap at you anytime you would try to speak. He always sounded agitated and annoyed when you would speak to him. We purchased over 10 grand worth of furniture for our new home. We designed our whole living room around a media cabinet to find out it was discontinued. We were told by Todd he would help us find a replacement and after several calls to the store and messages left we decided to purchase an item from a different store because we got no response. Our original purchase date was the beginning of June and we don’t expect the main items in our order to arrive until mid to late September. We were completely unaware that it was going to take this long to receive our items. Had we known this, we would never have ordered from CB. Every time we call the store to get updates or ask a question we are met with rudeness. The only person that has been remotely nice is Sarah the GM but she has also been very difficult to get a hold of. They were eager to take our money, but they’re less than eager to follow through with the promises that they made to us. I don’t understand why CB allows customers to place an order when the item is not remotely close to being available to be delivered. Some of our items come in three different pieces and only one item is available so we’re sitting several months, waiting on the other two items for the piece of furniture to be available so we can all be delivered together at once. The whole experience has been frustrating, ridiculous, and annoying. This is our last time ever making a purchase from CB!

Worse experience ever!!! I never leave bad reviews for any businesses. I normally just don’t go to them again. I have purchased ton of furnitures from this place and not one was in stock and everything was on back order which was ok but the fact that they constantly change the shipping date was the part that annoyed us the most. Every item had been delayed minimum of 4 times to get delivered, go figure. I have purchased my furniture in June and only one item got delivered on time out of 6. I am supposed to get two more of my furnitures delivered in the beginning of October now. If this is not a bad customer service, I am not sure what it is. I would never buy another piece of furniture from this company if they were the only furniture store left. It’s been very awful to wait so long to receive things you paid so much for and excited to have. Worse experience ever!!!

Date: November 2 around 5PM and 6:30 -Closing- ish P.M Let me say I have been here before and it was always a great experience. I really thought that I had already posted a review from years ago but I guess I haven't. I scheduled same day pickup item for my throw blanket and it all went well, the pick up was great! No issue! I however wanted to go inside ( LOL ). So my Bf and I did went inside and looked around for quite a bit because I haven't been in here for so long!! Went inside and Gally!!! It smelled so wonderful, I could feel Christmas, it looks aesthetically and smells pleasing. Great selection as always!! I went there to check out and try out their samples of their essential oil items in lotion and diffuser forms. Went to the second floor and the lady with the eyeglasses was so friendly!!! We had to go out because we had to go somewhere but came back to this place because I wanted to get the beautiful aroma of the 2 lotion, 1 diffuser and 2 counter top cleaner that I could get not get enough which my Bf got for me and the checkout ladies had a great smile and were friendly!!! Thank you so much for making us have a great experience whenever we come here!!

I LOVE Crate and Barrel items BUT I definitely would avoid the store or dealing with any associates at the Galleria location. Whether shopping in store or asking a question via phone, I have ALWAYS had a bad experience - To be frank, all of the older ladies are just rude and condescending. To name just a couple of my experiences - I went into the store for a pick-up, the ladies would barely give me the time of day, they would flock to the "older ladies" even though I was standing at the counter waiting to be helped. Finally a younger gentleman came to help me. When shopping around, the associates would offer assistance and hello's to the same ladies and just ignored me. It was such a bad experience - I am in my mid-thirties and have been an avid supporter of Crate and Barrel since I was in college. The service has definitely changed even just over the past couple of years. Also, I called with a question about an exchange and the lady at the other end of the phone was just plain rude. I cannot believe it - Guess I will take my business to Pottery Barn, West Elm and Williams & Sonoma in the future...So disappointing :(

My husband and I didn't have a great experience. We purchased quite of bit of items from the store and we were told it's okay to buy new items that they can be added to the existing order but when we did, they were very difficult about it. It doesn't making any sense to pay extra delivery fees especially the existing items haven't been shipped. Some of our orders, the staff put the ordered incorrectly. We have been waiting for almost two months out for these items and finally we've received them they were not the correct items. We ended up had to re-ordered them and now still waiting for the correct items to be arrived. Most of the staff in the store were ruined and it wasn't a great experiences.

Went in to C&B, with my daughter, to buy shower and wedding gifts for my daughters dear friend. We had a tablet with the registry given to us to use, but no one to help find anything. Two employees at the register and a couple others not making eye contact. Found an item to buy and it rung up $30 more than on the registry. The lovely women tried to override it, but the manager stepped in and told us it was a different sku #, even though it was the exact same item. So since C&B “changed their vender” , they refused to honor their posted price. Fine, but the rude way we were handled??? Honestly I don’t know how they stay in business. I called a couple hours later to “unlock” the item on the registry, locked by them, so I could order by mail, and was treated even worse on the phone. RUDE, just so rude. Poorest customer service I’ve ever run into.

Unnecessarily expensive but that's the brand isn't it? They do have a lot of kitchen stuff I'm interested in but honestly I just go here to look at the aesthetic and then shop elsewhere
